About Me...

Meet Your Guide

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey into Yoga and Ayurveda began in the midst of deep personal trauma. Through these ancient practices, I found a path back to myself—one that offered healing, resilience, and joy when I needed it most. Yoga and Ayurveda didn’t just help me recover; they transformed the way I live, breathe, and connect to the world around me.

Now, I’m honored to share these tools with others.

I offer personalized yoga practices, Ayurvedic wellness plans, and mindful self-inquiry to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore inner balance. Whether you’re healing from stress, imbalance, or life transitions, I’m here to walk this path with you—compassionately and holistically.

My Teaching Philosophy

With over 20 years of teaching experience, my approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we honor the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I combine movement, breathwork, Ayurveda, and introspective practices to support your unique journey toward well-being.

My classes and consultations emphasize compassionate self-study, nervous system support, and sustainable practices that meet you where you are. My work is informed by a deep respect for the wisdom of South Asian traditions, modern integrative studies, and trauma-informed care.
