My work sits at the intersection of insight, embodiment, and meaning.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and writer with a deep interest in how people make sense of their lives—especially in times of transition, uncertainty, or change.

Over time, I found that no single modality was enough.

What people truly needed wasn’t just movement, or diet, or mindset—it was a way to understand themselves more deeply and realign their lives accordingly.

That’s what this work has become.

In our work together, I draw from:

  • yoga and body-based awareness

  • meditation and contemplative practice

  • Ayurvedic insight and lifestyle guidance

  • reflective writing and meaning-making

Not as separate services—but as part of a unified process.

I believe:

  • clarity comes from understanding, not forcing

  • the body holds important intelligence

  • your life has an underlying coherence—even when it doesn’t feel like it

  • meaningful change happens when insight becomes embodied
