TESTIMONIALS

If you are reading this message, this is your sign to apply to the Yoga Teacher Training program at Flow. Words cannot describe how wonderful this program has been spiritually and physically for my yoga practice. Even the most experienced yogi will come away with a deeper or more meaningful understanding of yoga. Justina is a warm, welcoming light that guides you through the material. She helps you to stretch outside of your comfort zone to look deeply into yoga beyond your practice and shows you how you can help guide others in their yoga practice. One of the things I love about how Justina teaches is her deep understanding that there is not a "one size fits all"  approach to yoga, so she provides beautiful insight from her vast experience and encourages you to continue seeking knowledge and finding your true yoga self. This learning approach will help you do the same for your yoga students. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to teach yoga or someone looking to receive a well rounded yoga education.

KS, 2024 Graduate

Trailhead Healing Arts is a wonderful studio full of loving, caring, and nurturing attitudes. The YTT program is structured to be truly authentic teaching of the Himalayan school of yoga. With a deep focus on meditation and pranayama, the basis of teaching yoga for health, wellness, and mindfulness will be learned.

MD, 2020 Graduate

The 200-hour teacher training program at Trailhead was the training I did not know I needed, but looking back, I realize it was more meaningful than I can likely put adequately into words.  I am so extremely glad I listened to my intuition a year ago and signed up!  I learned much more than I expected to about the history of yoga, anatomy and proper alignment, practical methods to meditate, Ayurveda, and my own self.

I am so incredibly grateful to Justina and the other visiting teachers who shared so much knowledge with our class.  Whether or not you are looking to teach, you will gain a much deeper understanding of yourself through the introspective and illuminating coursework.  The practical applications for all of the topics covered are incredibly informative in their own right – Although, at the end, you will likely want to share all your knowledge with others, just as I hope to do!

A.S. 2019 Graduate
